This was our first time buying a home and I couldn't imagine it be any smoother than with Heather! Even after meeting with other agents, Heather was the one I had most trust in. She understood our needs, respected our budget, and was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were looking for. We worked with Heather for over a year in anticipation of selling our home and moving to another state. She was tremendously helpful in this process. We needed a guide to help prepare our house for the sale. explain things as we progressed, be available to answer our questions and be a therapist when our anxieties peaked. Heather was all of this - and more! She brought an interior designer in to plan colors and design ideas to help us best present our home. They later returned to stage the house when we listed. After the staging, we fell in love with our home - it was more appealing to us than it had ever been when we lived in it. Heather is honest, straightforward and incredibly responsive. As an anxious person, the process of buying a home was incredibly daunting, but Heather was awesome.
